1..Create start menu in windows

2..Create Shutdown Shortcut in Microsoft Windows 8
Normally it takes lots of time to Shutdown computer as first you have to go on start and then move your cursor on necessary option and then to click it. So Creating Shutdown Shortcut can be a better idea specially in Windows XP as it can save your some time. Also in Windows 8 there is need of creating shutdown shortcut, because to shutdown Microsoft Windows 8 is taking lots of time as you have to move your cursor to right corner first and then click on setting and then click on power and then click on shutdown.

Creating Shutdown Shortcut

To Create Shortcut right-click on a clear spot of desktop and navigate to new and then single click on shortcut,

When you single click on Shortcut, you will see new screen this is the place where you type command of shortcut string to make new shortcut.

The command to shut down a Windows PC is  shutdown.exe -s -t 00 where t 00 is the second after which computer will shut down. Put that command in the command box

After you click on next the screen will appear where you have to write shortcut name. I will name it as shutdown you can give other name if you want to fool someone and click on finish.
Changing IconEven if you don't change shortcut it will work, but i prefer putting icon to the shut down shortcut which we created. Changing icon is very simple.                          To change icon right-click on shortcut whose icon you want to change, and then go in its properties.After you click on properties you will be able to see change icon click on it and you will be able to view list of icons.Choose icon which you want and click on OK.

3.Extend Windows 8 Trial Period for More 90 Days

Windows 8 is available free for 90 days, some of my friends using it any every time ask that how we can extend its period. For past few days I was searching solution for this, and today I got it. You can do this with command prompt.

Microsoft selling Windows 8 at very cheap price and proving us up-gradation at very low price. But me and my friends don't wanna purchase it so we I am using this trick. Now you can also use it.

How To Do:

1. First of all open CMD Prompt as an administrator.
2. Now in this type slmgr /rearm and press enter.
3. A popup windows will open and you can see "Command Completed Successfully"
4. Now finally restart your computer and you can see 90 days trial resettled.

Note: You can do above steps every 89th day or your trial period so that you can get another 90 days for free. This trick is based upon Windows 7, In Windows 7 we can do this 4 times, so maybe this would be same in Windows 8.

4.Shutdown Windows 8 Automatically at Midnight

Many people have to sleep, leaving the computerrunning. This is not a good thing, but we don't do this intentionally.In Window 8′s Task Manager you can easily schedule your computer to turn itself off at night, usually midnight when not in use.
