BOOK YOUR RAILWAY TICKET FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE ALSO WITH PNR STATUS COM ALL OTHER DETAILS

The Indian Railway Catering and
Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) have launched
a new mobile website for train . ticket
reservations from your cell phone on

Wednesday.
Passengers can now log on to http:/ /
www.irctc.co. in/mobile to book and cancel
train tickets through mobile phone.
Reportedly, IRCTC will soon follow it up
with mobile apps for all major platforms
including Symbian, Android and iOS.
After the initial registration on the above
given web link and the subsequent software
download, users can get going with their rail
ticket bookings.
Once the booking is done, users will receive
their railway ticket booking details, like the
PNR number, date of journey and train
number etc.
After the ticket is done the users are
prompted to not get a printout of the e-
ticket, like they're asked to do otherwise.
The mobile message received after the
booking itself is equivalent to the printout of
the e-ticket.
